Classes, Coaching and Compassion
Change is the only thing we can be certain about in these modern times. Facing these changes often leads us on a new path of self-discovery and healing. Everything in the universe is energy. Energy is not good or bad, but too much or too little energy can lead to blockages in the body which over time cause discomfort, pain, sickness, and eventually chronic illness. The good news is that although energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can be transformed, and with regular Qigong practice balance can be restored to your body.
Qigong with Tina is ideal for anyone who wants to heal or recover from stress, trauma, or illness. All you need is the willingness to do something new. It is perfect for those who have experienced benefit from other healing strategies but would like to learn more about Qigong.
We did not grow up with a full understanding of how to live with purpose and joy. Many of us forced or pushed ourselves into doing what we thought we needed to do to live a good life. This approach allowed us to survive and focus on life’s necessities. But now, life is opening to those who want to thrive and pass on to our loved ones and communities this state of expansiveness and joy. Too often we are driven by fear and anger. Practicing Qigong helps open the door to our individual potential and provides keys to freedom from the suffering states of stress.
Throughout my professional career as a psychotherapist, I have used many healing methods and have found the practice of Qigong to be a great assistant while in therapy and beyond. Stress can sometimes be a motivator to change your life and live with great love for yourself and others. I invite you to read my Qi story, participate in a class, learn about Qi coaching, or try the qigong movements in the videos.
Remember, Pain Happens, Love Heals
“Practicing Qigong is so simple and so powerful. You cannot do it wrong.
You can only do it good, better, or best.” – Chunyi Lin
You might be initially hesitant to try Qigong but when you do, you will be taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.

Qigong invites us to communicate with ourselves and develop a deeper relationship to the Universe. “Qigong has lifted me up, helped to heal my chronic pains and conditions and encouraged me to know myself better. I have made new connections, accepted myself more fully and opened my heart to the best path for me.
